We collect information about our customers via server logs, cookies, order forms, and contests or competitions. Information about you or any other individual customer will not be sold or rented to any third party, including advertisers. The only time we may share information such as name, e-mail address or phone number, is if you have linked into us from a partner's site. The information may then be shared with that particular partner. General information concerning site usage and demographics may be made available to advertisers and partners, but provides an overall picture and does not include any individual details.

Tingotang operates an "opt in" mail system in conjunction with Select Your Mail. This provides you with the choice of whether or not you wish to receive marketing information and notification of special offers etc. These messages have an "opt out" option. Replying to the "unsubscribe" link contained in the mail will ensure that your name will be removed from the mailing list.

Shipping
The period stated within which you will receive your order is approximate. Goods will be sent to the address given by you in your order and stated in the Order Confirmation. Please note that your goods may be sent to you in instalments. You may cancel your entire order with us if subsequent instalments forming part of your order are not delivered by us.
Title to any product ordered will pass to you once Tingotang has received payment in full for that product. Risk in any product ordered will pass upon delivery to you.

If your delivery address is outside of the United Kingdom, you may be subject to import duties and taxes, which are levied once a shipment reaches your country. Any such additional charges for customs clearance must be borne by you. You should note that customs policies vary widely from country to country; Tingotang advises each customer to contact their local customs office for further information.

Please note that when shipping products internationally, you should be aware that cross-border shipments are subject to opening and inspection by customs authorities.

For Christmas Deliveries, we recommend that you order by the 20th December. We will endeavour to dispatch all ‘in stock’ orders within 24 hours, however we cannot guarantee delivery on or before the 24th December as the post may be delayed in your area.

Returns Policy
Tingotang operate a strict returns policy. We accept returned goods in cases where:

The packaging remains unopened
The goods have not been used in any way prior to their return
The goods are complete (no missing parts etc)
A copy of a valid receipt can be sent with the goods
Items are returned to us ( at customers expense ) within seven working day's of receiving them.
We recommend that you obtain a certificate of postage with adequate insurance from the Post Office as we are not responsible for any loss or damage of returns parcels.
Refunds cannot be made before the goods are received by us. Refunds will be given using the original payment method.
